HERE IS WHAT YOUR FC PITTSBURGH CLUB FEES COVER:
❖ Player Registration (player fees and team fees in leagues and US Club)
❖ Team Entry Fees for Leagues of Play (outdoor and indoor)
❖ Team Entry Fees for Listed Tournaments (see below*)
❖ Summer Pick Up Play and Training
❖ In Season (fall, winter, spring) Training, PDP, and GK sessions
❖ Facility Rental Costs for training and games, year-round
❖ Referee Fees for all teams for all leagues, year-round
❖ Team Coaches and Club Staff Salaries
❖ Coaches Travel Expenses
❖ Coaching Equipment (balls and field training equipment)
❖ Coaching Curriculum Tools (Mojo, Team Snap)
❖ Video Platform Services (Team Snap, live stream, video capture, and sharing)
❖ Club Services (Team Snap Platform, Administrative and Business Tools)
❖ Club Events (Club Night, Family Appreciation Picnic)
❖ Club Affiliations (US Club, GLA/ORL, United Soccer Coaches)
❖ Credit Card processing fees (no additional fees charged to your CC)
*All teams will have additional events in 2026-27 as listed on Age Group Roadmaps.
Payment of Fees:
All payments are electronic by Credit Card set up at the time of registration. FC Pittsburgh cannot accept cash, checks, Venmo, or other payment apps.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of registration to accept a spot on an FCP Team.
An 8-month payment plan is available. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, beginning with Aug 1, 2026through April 1, 2027. All Fees must be paid in full by April 1, 2027. Late payments will be assessed a $25.00 late processing fee.
FC PITTSBURGH FEES do not cover these additional/optional costs:
- Capelli Uniform kits - All uniform ordering is done online through Capelli.Com. Players order directly through them and the kit will be shipped directly to your Order link is sent to each registered player.
- Additional Speed, Strength, and Agility training offerings as available. (Coach Derek Clark, etc)
- Additional tournaments (fourth event and beyond) include coaches’ expenses, as determined by coach and DOC’s.
- Additional leagues of play (non-primary league) including coaches’ expenses and all associated fees.
Club Fees for 2025-26
Deposit of $500.00 due upon acceptance of roster spot through the TeamSnap invitation link. The deposit is non-refundable.
Boys and Girls Academy Annual Fee: $2,750.00
Boys and Girls U11 and U12 Annual Fee: $3,250.00
Boys and Girls U13 and U14 Annual Fee: $3,250.00
Boys and Girls U15 and U16 Annual Fee: $3,400.00
Boys and Girls U17 and U18 Annual Fee: $3,400.00
*The sibling discount is $100.00 off your team fees, not your deposit. A discount is applied in TeamSnap from subsequent payments.
* An nine-month payment plan (Aug 1-April 1) is available after the deposit. Credit card payments are made through the TeamSnap family account.
* All payments are electronic by CC and due by the 1st of each month, August 2025-April 2026.
*A $25.00 late fee per payment and per month will be added to accounts that are over ten days past due.
*REFUNDS: FC Pittsburgh is a “no-refund” and not for profit organization. It is strongly recommended you purchase the Fee Insurance Protection Plan available through Team Snap during the check-out registration process.
