2024-25 FC PITTSBURGH FEE STRUCTURE

HERE IS WHAT YOUR FC PITTSBURGH CLUB FEES COVER:

1.      Player Registration under FC Pittsburgh

2.      Player and Team League Fees, primary outdoor league (fall and/or spring) and winter indoor league of play

3.      Indoor facility rental cost for training in winter phase.

4.      Outdoor field rental costs for training and games (summer, fall and spring)

5.      Three tournaments per year (entry fees, coach expenses)

6.      Referee fees for primary leagues.

7.      Goalkeeper training year-round

8.      PDP: Player Development Program Supplemental Skills Training (fall/winter/spring)

9.      Summer Training and Pick Up Play Opportunities

10.   All FC Pittsburgh-related staff salaries

11.   Coaching Education Opportunities (Licenses, Convention, etc.)

12.   FC Pittsburgh operational and administrative costs and support (website, social media, admin, support, staff, etc.)

13.   FC Pittsburgh Player and Organizational Insurance and Liability coverage.

14.   Business and Training applications: TeamSnap, Zoom, Techne Futbol, and other business applications.

15.   Club affiliation and professional memberships i.e., USC, NPL, PA West-USYS, USL-SYL

16.   VEO Camera equipment & Video game analytics for club game filming and sharing.

17.   FCP College Recruiting Coordinator Services for HS Aged Players

Team Snap/MOJO Coaches and Techne Futbol Player Apps with Training Content for Individual Use

FC PITTSBURGH FEES do not cover these additional/optional costs:

  1. Capelli Uniform kits - All uniform ordering is done online through Capelli.Com. Players order directly through them and the kit will be shipped directly to your Order link is sent to each registered player.
  2. Additional Speed, Strength, and Agility training offerings as available. (Coach Derek Clark, etc)
  3. Additional tournaments (fourth event and beyond) include coaches’ expenses, as determined by coach and DOC’s.
  4. Additional leagues of play (non-primary league) including coaches’ expenses and all associated fees.

Club Fees for 2025-26

Deposit of $500.00 due upon acceptance of roster spot through the TeamSnap invitation link. The deposit is non-refundable.

Boys and Girls Academy: BY’s 2018, 2017, 2016, (U9 & U10) Fee - $2,100.00 (after deposit = $177.78/mo. for 9 months)

Boys and Girls 2015, 2014 & 2013 (U11, U12 & U13) Fee- $2,850.00 (after deposit = $261.12 /mo. for 9 months)

Boys and Girls 2012, 2011, 2010 (U14, U15 & U16) Fee- $2,950.00 (after deposit = $272.23/mo. for 9 months)

Boys and Girls 2009 up to 2007 (U17 to U19) Fee- $2,950.00 (after deposit = $272.23/mo. for 9 months)

*The sibling discount is $100.00 off your team fees, not your deposit. A discount is applied in TeamSnap from subsequent payments.

 

* An nine-month payment plan (Aug 1-April 1) is available after the deposit. Credit card payments are made through the TeamSnap family account.

 

* All payments are electronic by CC and due by the 1st of each month, August 2025-April 2026.

 

*A $25.00 late fee per payment and per month will be added to accounts that are over ten days past due.

 

*REFUNDS: FC Pittsburgh is a “no-refund” and not for profit organization. It is strongly recommended you purchase the Fee Insurance Protection Plan available through Team Snap during the check-out registration process.
