Coach Chet and Esmark founded FC Pittsburgh in 2008. The clubs mission from inception is to provide professional coaching in a competitive setting with a focus on youth player development and mentorship. Coach Chet has decades of experience coaching at the youth, high school, and college levels. His impact on so many young players on and off the field has made him a transformational leader in the coaching community.

Coach Karwoski currently serves as the FC Pittsburgh Chief Operating Officer.
Coach Chris has over 30 years of coaching experience including 28 years at the NCAA Division 1 and Division 3 level, currently serving as the Head Men’s Coach at La Roche University leading the RedHawks to the 2025 AMCC Title and NCAA Tournament. Coach Chris has been an FCP Director and team coach since 2010, working with all ages, overseeing the Staff and Business aspects of the club, as well as dedicating to the development of FC Pittsburgh expansion, community involvement, and fundraising events. A long time leader in college and youth soccer in the Pittsburgh area, his impact mentoring coaches and players has had a significant influence in the game.
